the noise levels were simply outrageous, even at the early hours and don't get me started on the flimsy security. i woudl ve been more comfortable knowing my things were safe, and a complimentary gesture woudl have been appropriate after that chaos. almost left a glowing review, just couldn't, too many annoyances.

During my recent stay, I was delighted with the stunning ocean view from my balcony in the Deluxe Double Room. The staff greeted me warmly and consistently provided exceptional service, responding quickly to my requests and making me feel truly welcomed.

My experience at Bartolome Oceanfront Suites was far from pleasant. First, the noise from the band playing downstairs made it impossible to relax on the balcony, which was supposed to be a highlight of my stay. Additionally, I faced an unsettling lack of hospitality. when I requested extra towels, the staff's response was curt and unhelpful. It's frustrating when you are paying a premium rate for what promises to be a good experience and instead find yourself dealing with annoying noise and indifferent service.

Enjoyed the spacious balcony with ocean views, perfect for evening relaxation. The room had a great setup including a microwave, although no dishes were provided.

The reception was often unattended. communication was only via WhatsApp, which felt inconvenient. The constant road noise was a nuisance, paired with music from the nearby marina starting at 6 AM. Additionally, the pool’s location next to the restaurant made it less inviting, and the mattress was rather hard while the pillows were oversized, impacting comfort.

The room had beautiful, modern decor with a clean, spacious feel. The view from the balcony was amazing, perfect for sunsets. Staff provided excellent service, responding quickly to requests. However, the location near the busy main road was loud, even with windows shut. The pool, which is accessible via the restaurant downstairs, wasn't very inviting and felt cold. I was disappointed with the flimsy door lock and a noticeable lack of security during the day. There was also some confusion about extra towels, which was frustrating at times. Overall, it had its charms but also significant drawbacks that affected comfort.

Amazing location, amazing views, with an outdoor swimming pool and free Wi-Fi that made relaxing in the sun and staying connected effortless during my stay.

Just a decent option for a quick layover in Isla Mujeres with attractive and competitive value for money. I enjoyed the unique experience of lounging by the pool while ordering drinks from the restaurant, a nice touch during my stay. Be mindful of noise from the main road if that's a concern.

the only bummer was that the band downstairs was super loud during dinner time but the room view was unreal sunsets every night. the staff was really friendly and had our sheets changed twice in one week. plus, the location is right next to everything
